Part of my birthday weekend was a pumpkin carving party with two of my favorite people. Admittedly, I am jealous of Sky’s pumpkin, but all in all, it was a pretty solid effort by everybody. We got posted on YESWECARVE.COM about ten minutes ago too. So yeah, we’re famous, ha. (I definitely did not refresh the page 52-some-odd times today to see if we got posted either.)
Also for my birthday weekend my parents came to visit. We had fun, even in the rain, exploring the historic homes of Heritage Hill where I live. We also made a trip to the planetarium, ate dinner at Bobarino’s, and had a fun time hanging out on Friday night and eating strawberry cake and pumpkin shaped sugar cookies. It was a pretty great time and a pretty memorable weekend overall.
I’m now 24 years old. I don’t have my life figured out, but I couldn’t be happier than I am right now. I’m at peace. I’m content. I’m forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead. Life is good. God is good.

Your weekend sounds similar to mine, except I was celebrating Sean’s birthday. It was a good weekend for it. I’m glad you had a good time with the loves in your life.
p.s. Sean would be so… tickled? to read your lil wayne post. he has a weird mild obsession with the guy.
